This is a course where we guide you through the foundations of transformation.
You will receive tools that help you create more of your own power through insight, energy work, and acceptance.
We offer you the opportunity to fill your personal toolbox and decide for yourself how much or how little you want to work with it.
Both approaches are equally welcome.
How do we work?
Through exercises, reflection, humor, insights, and TR processes, we help you see, activate, and clear what is standing in your way.
The course is a blend of meditation, personal development, and channeled work – all designed to help you ground, let go, and reconnect with your inner strength.
Course content – four parts
1. Connection, clearing, and energy strengthening
You will learn how to:
- Create a stable connection where you can stand in your own power and work independently
- Clear your own energy as well as energies from others
- Refill and strengthen your energy
The focus is on building a stable foundation that you can continue to use long after the course has ended.
2. The subconscious and working through the heart
We explore:
- The different elements and how they influence you
- Which parts of you are in control – and how this shows up in everyday life
- Deep processes and exercises
- How to release defenses that no longer serve you (for example, what we refer to as sub-personalities, etc.)
When you understand your patterns, it becomes easier to make new, more conscious choices.
3. Deepening and development
In this part, we work more actively and practically with:
- Shadow consciousness
- Consciously creating and using energy
- Deepening the processes further, allowing you to transform even more on your own
Here, the focus is on development and strengthening your own abilities.
4. Transformation Journeys – TR processes
After each session, we will guide you through a TR process, allowing what has been activated within you to be transformed – or allowing something new that is ready to emerge to come forward.
TR processes are a method we have channeled ourselves.
They involve deep energy work where blockages, patterns, and defenses are dissolved in a way that creates lasting change – not only mentally, but also in the body and in how you show up in life.
