This is a course where we explore the foundations of transformation, giving you tools to create a deeper connection with yourself through insights, energy work and acceptance.
We offer you an opportunity to add more tools to your own toolbox and to feel into how much or how little you want to work throughout the journey.

How do we work?
Through exercises, reflection, humour, meditation, channeled work and our TR-processes, we help you see and bring awareness to what may be standing in your way.
The TR-processes are a central part of the course
This is our deeper transformational work, where we work energetically while you simply relax or do something that feels good to you,
such as going for a walk, resting, cooking or sleeping.
Many people experience that the TR-processes help them to:
- let go of old patterns
- experience greater clarity
- come closer to their emotions
- feel more secure within themselves
- gain new insights and perspectives
Every group is unique, and we work organically with whatever becomes activated within the group.
We read the room and meet what is present right there and then.
During the course, we will work with topics such as:
- ego structures and defence mechanisms
- inner safety and self-love
- responsibility and setting boundaries
- the heart, the throat and your self-expression
- old stories and patterns
- finding it easier to step out of negative spirals
- connecting with your inner child
- daring to meet yourself from a higher perspective
We will also work with:
- meditation
- TR-processes
- group exercises
- channeled guidance
- energy work
- reflection and awareness
How does the course work?
We meet digitally via Zoom once a week for 9 sessions.

🕡 Time: 6:30–8:00 PM
📍 Location: Zoom
Each session includes:
- guidance and teaching
- channeled insights
- meditations and exercises
- TR-processes (that is received afterwards)
- shared reflection and transformation
You don’t need to have any previous experience with this type of work.
The most important thing is that you feel a desire for growth and change.

The channeling from both of us offers additional perspectives on your process and what the energies are showing.

Deeper Transformation
- 2 individual sessions with one of us
- 1 individual clearing process with powerful TR-energy, with both of us
This package is for you who feel ready to go a little deeper into your own work.
In addition to the individual sessions, we will together do a channeled clearing process using powerful TR-energy, adapted to what is active for you.
You will then have the opportunity to use the individual sessions to land in what has happened, ask questions and receive support throughout the process.
